Programme description
Course organized by Management Faculty, aimed to educate MSc and BSc graduates for challenges to management, innovation and technology in global world. Study program combine knowledge and skills of management and techniques and technology. BT graduates receive knowledge about theory and practice of mana-gement including: managerial functions, planning process, strategy building, organizational structure concepts. Human resource management, leadership behavior, entrepreneuring, creativity and innovations are important questions in programme study also. Graduates are prepared to management business and innovative process in organization and organization's development by innovations and technology.
The first place I’ll go back
At Częstochowa University of Technology I've worked with friendly and helpful people on a very interesting project. I was actually writing my MSc thesis and thanks to the help of all my colleagues I managed to get good results.
I really enjoyed being in Częstochowa. Whenever we went out with some other people from ERASMUS we would meet many Polish and we got along with them very well. But of course, partying wasn’t all I did, I tried to travel as much as I could and discover the country which was totally unknown to me. So I went to visit many wonderful cities like Warszawa, Krakow, Wroclaw, and many others. I want to go back and discover more of this country so maybe one day we'll meet there in Czestochowa. I think it's the first place I'll return because I made so many friends there.
