Warsaw, Poland (February 1, 2013) — To assist the growing number of  students taking the TOEFL® test, Educational Testing Service (ETS) has introduced a suite of free study resources to help test takers prepare for and do well on the TOEFL iBT® test.

The free resources, available via the official ETS website, www.ets.org/toefl, and the TOEFL Go Anywhere website, www.TOEFLGoAnywhere.org, give students access to a number of useful test preparation tools, including sample test questions, planning calendars and videos that provide an in-depth look at each section of the test. Additionally, the resources provide practical tips on how to master the English language and succeed in a variety of real-life study-abroad situations such as applying to universities and obtaining student visas.

"Being familiar with the test format and types of questions that appear on the TOEFL test will allow students to do their best,” commented Pamela Treves, Director of the TOEFL Brand. “The resources provide a variety of learning strategies, tips and techniques to assist all types of learners with their study preparation. We hope students will take advantage of the free test prep created by ETS, the developer of the TOEFL test."

The TOEFL test measures the four skills — reading, writing, speaking and listening — that students need to succeed and excel in an academic environment.

Accepted at more than 8,500 institutions in more than 130 countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the United States, and many other European countries, the TOEFL test offers many options for prospective students applying to universities and colleges around the world.
