Students choose from three basic elective streams: 1. English Studies with Foreign Language (French, German, Spanish, Italian or Russian), 2. English Studies with Translation, and 3. English Studies with TEFL. Only the first elective stream is available for students who do not speak Polish. Elective streams 2 and 3 require proficient knowledge of Polish.
The courses are organized into three modules:
Module 1: Basics – Compulsory courses in literature, culture and linguistics as well as practical English.
Module 2: Application – Practical training in a selected foreign language (other than English), or professional training in teaching or translation.
Module 3: Academic development – Students choose their diploma seminar, and a range of range of related elective courses in linguistics, literature or culture.

The following documents are required (among others):
(1) a high school diploma,
(2) a high school transcript of records showing passed subjects and obtained grades,
(3) a certificate of proficiency in English for foreigners (unless secondary education was taught in English).
