Course Description

Course Profile
Program of specialization includes one of the most important factors which guarantees the company’s success – shaping the image in the eyes of customers. The aim of the specialization is to provide theoretical and practical knowledge concerning the care of the brand image as well as crisis management in the company.
Directional classes provide the ability to shape the relationship between the organization and internal and external entities.
