Course Description
Course Profile
The curriculum of this specialization provides up-to-date knowledge and practical skills in the dynamically developing field of management, i. e. process and project management. The complex challenges faced by today's organizations make project work and business process design a necessity.
The studies prepare for complex business process optimization analysis, use of the latest IT tools and for comprehensive quality management. They also develop leadership skills and social responsibility.
Thorough and extensive knowledge which you will acquire during the studies will prepare you for work in banks and financial institutions, telecommunication and IT companies, as well as for work as a project manager in enterprises and organizations, a specialist and analyst of processes and projects, a manager in companies using process and project approach.
