As workplaces become more complex and exposed to constant change, managers are expected to combine strategic thinkingwith a deep awareness of factors that shape individual and team performance.

Modern organisations require leaders who can operate confidently in conditions of uncertainty and respond to challenges in a thoughtful manner. Understanding motivation, decision-making, group dynamics and emotional responsesenables managers to build more resilient organisations and drive sustainable performance — which is why people-centred competencies have become integral to contemporary management education.

The Psychology in Management programme integrates psychology with innovative management strategies, equipping you to address complex organisational issues through a combination of advanced theory and practical expertise.
