If sales and marketing are your passion, you conduct negotiations in every aspect of your life, you dream about the career of sales manager, commercial director, head of marketing, you want to set up your own business based on sales and marketing, you need to know how to motivate your team to effective and productive work in order to achieve your objectives, you wonder how to develop an effective marketing strategy, then these studies are just for you. As part of the Marketing & Sales Management specialization: - You will learn the modern form of sales - You will explore the secrets of techniques of influencing the customer - You will gain knowledge about sales strategies and techniques - You will learn how marketing communication should run - You will learn how to manage a sales team - You will learn effective incentive schemes in sales - You will find out how to prepare marketing strategies It is worth stressing that during the studies in the field of Management, you will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of management and related sciences. You will learn about the principles of functioning of various organizations (enterprises and public institutions). Moreover, during your studies, we will teach you to identify, diagnose and solve the problems in the area of managing all resources: human, material and financial resources as well as information based on known management tools and instruments. You will be ready to make appropriate decisions and perform the functions of process and project management in the organization
