Course Description
Course Profile
In the Adult Education and Developmental Activities Design program, you will gain knowledge that will help you work in the field of adult education, both in Poland and abroad. The study program combines theory and practice, preparing you to design educational programs and work with adults in various settings.
The key thematic areas are:
• Developmental Activities Design – You will learn how to create educational programs that respond to the needs of the contemporary labor market. You will be able to plan and implement various courses and workshops for adults.
• Adult Education in a Multicultural Context – You will learn how to conduct classes with people from various cultural and social backgrounds. You will understand how to communicate effectively and adapt teaching methods to diverse groups.
• Leadership in Education – You will gain the skills that will allow you to take on a leadership role in adult education, manage educational groups, and motivate participants to develop.
• Technology in Education – You will discover how to use modern technologies to support adult learning. You will get to know tools and applications that facilitate conducting both online and offline education.
• Education for Business – You will learn how to create training programs for employees in companies and organizations. You will be prepared to work with businesses that want to invest in the development of their employees.
How the classes are structured:
Classes are conducted in the form of lectures, exercises, and workshops . You will often work in small groups, which will allow you to actively participate in lessons and have easier access to the instructors. The courses are designed so that you can combine them with your professional work and also develop skills that will be useful in your future career.
